We are the
savvy shopper's online choice for women's consignment clothing. We offer
upscale new and consignment clothing from sizes 0 to 24 all at fabulous prices.
How do I get
started?
All you have
to do is clean out your closet, put the clothes you don’t want or need any more
in a bag or a box (cleaned, pressed and folded) and submit them for consignment. Please be advised that ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN
READY TO SALE CONDITION: Clothing must be freshly laundered. FREE OF STAINS,
tears and holes; with buttons, zippers and snaps in working order. All clothing
must be on hangers. There is a 25 -hangar limit per month.
Items accepted
for consignment?
We take gals sizes 00-24, xxs-xxl, shoes,
purses, and select jewelry. We do not
accept knock-offs, vintage and most jewelry. Consignor warrants that he/she has
a homeowners policy which covers the items while consigned. All due care will
be taken to protect your item, however, we cannot be responsible for
loss due to fire, flood or theft.
How long
will my items be on consignment?
The consignment
window shall be defined as a "Forty Two (42) calendar day period beginning
on the date the items are listed for
sale by Lovenwright, LLC Konsignments.
A. This
period shall be broken into 2 phases:
1. Phase 1: the initial
four weeks (28 days) - items will be listed for the full "List Price"
2. Phase 2: the following
two weeks (14 days) - the "List Price" will be reduced by 50%
How will you
price my garment?
In order to
determine how much to consign the item for is based on CONDITION, BRAND, STYLE
and DEMAND of the garment.
What should
I expect during the consignment window?
Depending
upon the platform selected, the cost of the sale will vary. Consignors can opt
to have a minimum rate received or 50% of the funds collected. During the sale
of an item, Lovenwright, LLC Konsignments will have automatic permission to
reduce the asking price by 20% in order to make the sale. Consignor may remove any item from the floor
provided there are no pending sales.
Removal prior to the 42-day consignment window is subject to payment of
15% of original asking price.
How do I get
paid?
Consignor
will receive 50% of the “List Price” of each item sold minus applicable fees
and discounts. Each item will have a processing and handling fee attached to it
and that will be deducted from the final “List Price”. Payments will be made
using PayPal. All consignors agree to sign up for PayPal and give correct
information in order to except payment. If your information changes for any
reason it is the responsibility of the consignor to make Lovenwright, LLC Konsignment aware and notify them of changes immediately. If for any reason the
consignor does not notify Lovenwright, LLC Consignment about a change in their
information, Lovenwright, LLC Konsignment will not be held responsible for payment
to that consignor after 60 days. Payment of the sale's proceeds less commissions,
fees, and discounts will be made within 14 days following completion of the
calendar month.
How do I get
my merchandise back if it doesn't sell?
Upon
expiration, items can be picked up within 7 days or donated on the 8th. The
Consignor is free to pick up the item at any time during the 42-day consignment
window, although a 15% stocking fee will apply.
